Charitable Gift Planning
You may donate any type of real estate to NIEA in the US. You may donate all or a partial interest in stocks, bonds, a business or real property and receive a substantial tax deduction.Instead of allowing large amounts of your estate to go to taxes, choose now to include NIEA in your giving plans. You may make a gift of your residence or vacation home and retain the right to continue living there for the rest of your life. A simple transfer of ownership will entitle you to receive an income tax deduction for your gift and remove the property from your taxable estate.
You may designate NIEA as the beneficiary of a life insurance policy or qualified retirement plan.
